An exhibit celebrating the Belleville works of Mid-Century Modern architect Charles E. King will be on display at the Governor French Academy’s Art Gallery during most of May 2013. An opening reception will be held Friday, May 3 from 5 to 8 p.m.
The exhibit will feature photos, artifacts, and biographical information about King and his Belleville clients, including information discovered since the first King exhibit in November, 2012.
In addition, a house tour featuring some of King’s Belleville works will be held Saturday, May 11. Tickets to the house tour will be available for purchase at the opening reception on May 3rd. The exhibit and reception are free.
