Downtown Belleville Tour

Learn the history of Belleville while viewing historic buildings on Main Street and adjacent streets.

: Meet at the Veteran’s Memorial on East Main Street at the southeast corner of the Public Square

Town of West Belleville Tour

Centered on West Main and 11th, West Belleville was an independent community from 1852 to 1882. Learn the history of this district newly listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Parking: Park at the city lot at the intersection of West Main and South 10th Streets
Distance: Approximately 1 mile, takes about an hour

Tour Details and Reservations

Both tours are limited to 10 people each, and advanced reservations are required. These are walking tours and guests should dress appropriately. Tour guests must be 12 years or older.

Cost: $10 per person.

Group Tours: Tours can be arranged for other dates for groups of five or more by calling 618-236-7481.
